Ingredients: 2 tablespoons gin 2 tablespoons Campari 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth 1 orange twist (optional) Prosecco (optional)

Step-By-Step: 1. Add ice to glass.

2. Pour Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth over ice.

3. Stir gently.

For the GoldBrows:

4. Garnish with Orange twist.

5. Top with Prosecco Book Pairing: Red Rising (Reviewed May 7, 2020) Why? The drink itself is strong AF. A traditional Negroni is literally three types of liquor and *voila* here you go! It reminds me of Darrow, his mining colony of Lykos and their "swill". I personally can't handle a Negroni unless it's topped with Prosecco (or club soda). That reminds me of the competition Darrow meets at The Institute. They may be well-groomed, well-educated and well-trained, but it takes an "of the earth" person to drink a Negroni straight-up. Wait. Does this make Italians "of the earth" people?
